Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, checkout via the shopping basket and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We will then send you an order acknowledgement
Payment can be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card by phone or online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Delta and Switch. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
We may refuse to accept an order if:

All orders over the value of £95.00 or more including VAT are sent to mainland UK free. See delivery details for more information. On average orders are dispatched 3-5 days from receipt of your order.
Any times quoted for dispatch are to be treated as estimates.
If your item is not in stock it will be placed on back order. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched.

Goods must be returned unused and in resaleable condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

In the event of damage or short delivery the company will not be liable unless the purchaser has notified the company in writing within two working days of delivery. The company shall not be liable for any claim for non-delivery unless the claim is notified in writing within 7 days from dispatch notification date.

Credit card transactions are performed by SagePay who are a secure e-commerce provider. SagePay will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept on this website.
