TO PLACE AN ORDER

Browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, checkout via the shopping basket and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We will then send you an order acknowledgement

Payment can be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card by phone or online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Delta and Switch. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

By cheque made payable to CKE Ltd. Your order will be not dispatched until the cheque is cleared.

We may refuse to accept an order if:

1. goods are not available;
2. we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
3. there has been a pricing, product description or product image error;
4. we are unable to fulfill your order for any other reason beyond our control.

PRICES

All prices include VAT at 17.5%. We may alter any prices on this website at any time, without notice.

DELIVERY

All orders over the value of £95.00 or more including VAT are sent to mainland UK free. See delivery details for more information. On average orders are dispatched 5-7 days from receipt of your order.

Any times quoted for dispatch are to be treated as estimates.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock it will be placed on back order. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order:

1. notify us by email to sales@tablelamps2go.co.uk before your order is dispatched
2. where goods have already been dispatched to you a 30% handling charge will be incurred.

Or if you wish to return unwanted items:
-notify us by email, fax or post within 7 days of receipt. The product will be exchanged or refunded, however a 30% handling charge will be incurred.

Goods must be returned unused and in resaleable condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If a product has been received faulty or incorrect:

1. Notification must be made in writing either by email, fax or post within 7 days of receipt. The product will be exchanged or refunded.

All returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

In the event of damage or short delivery the company will not be liable unless the purchaser has notified the company in writing within two working days of delivery. The company shall not be liable for any claim for non-delivery unless the claim is notified in writing within 7 days from dispatch notification date.

You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept on this website.
