What is the best way to make contact?
By e-mail. We will endeavour to contact you back within 2 working days. Please leave us return contact details.
When can I expect to receive my delivery?
On average 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order.
Can I track my order over the net?
Yes, you can check the status of your order by logging in and checking the order details.
Do you deliver in the evenings and on weekends?
We do not delivery in the evenings, however we can arrange for Saturday delivery by prior arrangement for an additional carriage charge.
Can you leave my delivery with my neighbour/friend etc.?
Yes, please give special delivery instructions at time of ordering.
What areas can you delivery the products?
At present, we are only deliver to the UK , N. Ireland and Channel Islands.

Will my credit card details be secure?
All Tablelamps2go online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology by SAGEPAY to protect all of our customers. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept by us at Tablelamps2go.
Which methods of payment will you tablelamps2go accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, delta and Switch. Payment for an order will only be taken when it is ready for dispatch.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. When you have successfully placed your order you will be sent an email confirmation that will include your order details.
How long are products guaranteed for?
All products are guaranteed for electrical faults for 12 months.
How do I return or exchange products?
Contact us to return the item as soon as possible, unused and in resaleable condition and in its original packaging within 7 days and we will either refund your money or replace the item (subject to a restocking charge, see terms + conditions). We are unable to refund postage & packaging on returned items.
