Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days from receipt of your order. Payment for an order will only be taken when it is ready for dispatch.

If you suspect your order to be damaged in any way at the time of delivery - please sign the consignment (delivery note) as being 'DAMAGED'. All damages must be reported within 48 hours. We will also email your order details to you to confirm your order. Deliveries are normally made during weekdays Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. All deliveries will require signing for. Special instructions can be given in the delivery address form when ordering via our website.

All Saturday mainland UK (excluding Scottish highlands) deliveries are subject to a £15.00 (Inc VAT) carriage surcharge
